Luiz Leandro
I’m based in Perth and focused on Perth service businesses. My electrical Test & Tag work puts me inside real operational environments — workshops, field teams and workplaces where the physical job and the information around it have to stay in sync. That background shapes how I approach every engagement: I want to understand how work actually happens before I suggest a single tool.
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Artificial Intelligence, at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Luiz Leandro AI is where that study meets practice — deliberately building real capability on real problems, rather than claiming expertise I haven’t earned yet.

How I work
Understand the work before choosing the tech
Automation and AI are tools, not the starting point. Every engagement begins with genuinely understanding how a business operates — the manual steps, the workarounds, the parts that matter to the people doing the work. Only once that's clear do I look at what's worth automating, and only then decide whether the answer is a simple rule-based workflow or something that needs AI.
